Stamford, CT & Washington DC – According to new filings, the US Department of Justice is seeking payment from opioid maker Purdue Pharma. The payment must be a minimum of $11,000,000,000 or as much as $18,100,000,000 in criminal and civil penalties as part of Purdue’s bankruptcy case.
