New York – Eric Trump, Donald Trump’s middle son and an executive vice-president of the Trump Organization, has been compelled to testify and produce documents in a civil investigation against the company before this year’s presidential election. The court order came from the Southern District of New York. Eric Trump’s legal team had tried to adjourn his deposition until after the election, but the request was denied.
